- Stopped preventing 08/2009 - started charting 02/2010
- Dx with PCOS 06/2009, confirmed 07/2010 - taking metformin
- HSG 10/2010 - septate uterus, tubes all clear
- Dx with MFI 02/2011
- Laparoscopy/Hysteroscopy 4/15/11 - removed septum
- 100mg Clomid+Ovidrel+IUI May'11 = cancelled due to no progress
- Follistim+Ovidrel+IUI June'11 = cancelled due to large cyst
- Part dos of Follistim+trigger+IUI July'11
- IUI 1: 7/25, our 2 year anniversary! Had not ovulated yet per u/s
- IUI 1.2: 7/26 - had ovulated within last 24 hours
- Now on crotch rockets, aka progesterone supps
- BFN
- Due to response issues, MFI, and time constraints - moving on to IVF
- IVF consents signed, on bcp for 2 weeks
- IVF cycle: Started Lupron 8/24
- Started stims (Follistim/Menopur) 9/3
- 9/14 ER done - 20 mature eggs!
- 11 fertilized
- 2 transferred (9/19) and 7 embies made it to freeze :)
- On crotch rockets...yay
- Beta 9/28 - BFN
- WTF appointment 10/4 - higher dosage of Estrace and doing PIO instead of crotch rockets
- Started BCP 9/30 in preparation of FET #1/IVF cycle #1.2
- 10/18 - repeat mock transfer and go ahead to start Lupron
- 10/19 - started Lupron
- 11/4 - started Estrace
- 11/15 - no progress on lining (5.11 today) go back in next week for another check up and FET pushed back, possibly into December :(
- 11/30 - transferred two perfect embies
- 12/9 - beta negative
- WTF appointment 12/14 - we'll be doing a SHG to rule out scar tissue and then will either cycle again in March or June.
- 12/27 - SHG completed. T-shaped uterus confirmed, it could be the reason for no pregnancy so far. Nothing can be done for it. No scar tissue though and volume is good.
- 1/11/12 - Consents signed for FET #2
- 2/3/12 - Baseline appt complete. Lining 2.86, ovaries quiet :)
- Started Lupron 2/3
- 2/17 - bump in the road E2 elevated, fluid in the ute, and some follies are trying to develop - doubled Lupron
- 2/29 check to see if Lupron was working - fully suppressed! Woot! Starting Estrace
- 3/6 lining check - 10.4mm best lining check ever!!!- Starting PIO on 3/7 and transfer is set for 3/12
- 3/12 - Transfer Day: One embaby did not make it and we had to thaw another last minute (ok, last hour) - we transferred two low grade embabies
- 3/21 - Beta - BMFFN (big mother ******fat negative)
- We're on a break, perhaps forever.
Forget TTC - we're adopting :)
